Welcome to Social Studies 10!
The goal of Social Studies is to develop thoughtful, responsible active citizens that can acquire information to consider multiple perspectives and make reasoned judgment. By providing opportunities to reflect on events and issues, you will examine the present, make connections with the past, and consider the future.
Social Studies 10 will focus on life in Canada in the 1800s – specifically, the following interrelated topics from the period 1815 to 1914.
